Bauchi State Governor Bala Mohammed has made an unscheduled visit to the Wahu Primary Healthcare Centre (PHC), rehabilitated under his administration.
Governor Mohammed, after inspecting the PHC on Monday, directed the immediate absorption of two volunteer health workers into the state civil service.
Bala Mohammed also ordered the immediate employment of another volunteer health worker under the local government service.
He commended health workers’ commitment and urged continuous improvement in service delivery.
The inspection aimed to assess the facility’s condition, healthcare services, and the Drugs Revolving Fund’s effectiveness. Governor Mohammed expressed satisfaction with the infrastructure, medical equipment, and performance.
